Applicants must be members of DSINTT to receive the care package. Becoming a member of DSINTT is free. To join DSINTT click the Join DSINTT button below.
Each care package is valued at approximately $250. Final contents of each care package is at the discretion of the DSINTT. A maximum of five (5) care packages will be awarded annually. Each DSINTT self-advocate, caretaker, and/or family can receive one (1) grant or care package award in a 12 month period.
Care package applications will be reviewed and processed in approximately 10 business days. Award status will be communicated via email.
