How NBZ® Apparel Supports People with Disabilities
Loss of independence is a major issue which impairs the lives of millions of people mentally, physically, and financially. For example, over 65% of working-age adults with disabilities are unemployed… many times the national unemployment rate!
The lack of easy-to-put-on, quality clothing for the disabled is a major impediment to a person with a disability finding work. This is because it is difficult to get and maintain a job if all a person can only wear is sweat pants. The next time you get dressed try putting on your pants with one hand as if you were an amputee, or try manipulating a zipper or buttons as if you were a person with autism, MS, Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, or a stroke victim. You will quickly understand why people worldwide can benefit from NBZ® Apparel clothing which features pull-on pants with a mock fly and buttons.
