ABOUT US
The Down Syndrome Information Network of the Twin Tiers (DSINTT) is a non-for-profit in the Elmira-Corning region of NY state. The group is run by volunteers who value the acceptance, awareness, and inclusion of individuals with Down syndrome in our local community and comprised of self-advocates, family members and close supporters of individuals with Down syndrome.
We use our proceeds to support local families, Special Olympic teams, and to provide opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome to participate more fully in our communities.
OUR VISION
The mission of the Down Syndrome Information Network of the Twin Tiers is to provide support and information for parents, caregivers and self advocates.
WHAT WE DO
We are a network of families in the Twin Tiers. We provide information on Down syndrome to new and expectant families. We have quarterly parties to get together with other families.

We put on two fundraisers, the Buddy Bowl and the Rene Jones Memorial Buddy Walk. Funds raised from these event go to support inclusion of those with Down syndrome in our communities.
OUR COMMUNITY
We promote awareness, acceptance and inclusion of our loved ones in the community, through our annual Rene Jones Memorial Buddy walk.
